Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies;

items will be sent by Royal Mail;

Items will be sent in 3-5 working days.

Depending on postage type chosen the item should be with you within 3-5 working days;

Tracking information (if applicable) will be added to your PayPal transaction.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply;

I am not responsible for delays due to customs or any industrial actions by Royal Mail or other mail delivery companies

Returns and exchanges

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs;

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value ;

Please return within 14 days;

Postage costs will not be refunded.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalised orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

Hallmarking

My jewellery is made using sterling silver. UK law states that all items made with precious metal must have a UK hallmark if they are over specific weights. For silver this weight is 7.78g

Acceptable Behaviour

I promote a fun space and therefore if anyone engages in any type of unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. their account will automatically be removed.
